Le stime dell\u2019associazione di categoria indicano che oltre il 20 % dei ritardi in cantiere deriva da permessi impiantistici mancanti.<br \/><br \/>Prima di firmare un preliminare, incarica un tecnico di:<\/p><ul><li>Due-diligence documentale (catasto, agibilit\u00e0, certificazioni impianti).<\/li><li>Sopralluogo fumi e odori \u2013 senza canna fumaria idonea, niente cotture espresse.<\/li><li>Rapporto fonico \u2013 musica live?
