Failure, partial or incorrect provision of data may prevent Babotel from accepting and/or processing requests correctly.

PROCESSING METHODS AND ENTITIES AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS

The processing connected to the web services of this site (physically hosted on the server located in Europe of Server Plan Srl) takes place both at the headquarters of the Data Controller. The control and custody of the information are handled by authorized personnel responsible for accepting online requests. The data may occasionally be accessed, for exclusive technical reasons, by authorized personnel who provide assistance to the site and the Data Controller’s IT systems.

No data deriving from web browsing is communicated or disclosed to other third parties unless in compliance with legal obligations. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested party has the right to ask the owner for access to the data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing or to oppose the processing of the data under the conditions established by the articles. 15,16,17,18,21 of the GDPR. Finally, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if he believes that the processing concerning him violates the legislation applicable to the protection of his data.
